NOTICE: The contents below apply only to the items that Loving Day sells directly from the Loving Day T-Shirt Store. All items available in the Loving Day General Store are sold through Zazzle; all policies regarding these sales can be found in their Help Center.

Payment

The Loving Day Store accepts payment via major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping Policies

Destinations

We ship to all domestic and international destinations.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail through the United States
Postal Service. We use Flat Rate shipping, which is divided into three
rates:

  1. The United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. This rate includes Puerto
    Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  2. Canada and Mexico.
  3. All other international destinations.

You can get a shipping quote for your order by placing item(s) in the
shopping cart and beginning the checkout process.

Shipping Time

Please allow up to 1-2 full business days for us to process your order. Priority Mail provides 2 day delivery to most U.S. addresses, but can take 1-3 days. Delivery to international addresses generally takes 6-10 days. For more information in USPS Priority Mail, please visit the USPS website.

Out Of Stock Items

If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within 2-3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

You may return items within the first 14 days after receipt as long as it is in it's original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for returns. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange an item for the same item in a different size within the first 14 days after receipt as long as it is in it's original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on exchanges.

Errors and Typos

We are not responsible for typos, omissions, or errors of price or description.
